Randstad formally attained Quality Certification AS/NZS ISO 9001 in November of 1994, acknowledging our structured and functional quality assurance program, and continuous improvement systems. We were the first consultancy to achieve the ISO 9001 standard across all business units and are proactive in our approach to continuous improvement with streamlined quality systems. In 2004 we completed an external audit and upgrade and now hold ISO 9001:2000 standard.

All offices have achieved Quality Certification providing a recognisable guarantee of the calibre of service offered to candidates and clients consistently throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Randstad has been an active member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association since its inception in 1988. The RCSA Code for Professional Practice is an integral part of staff induction training and is written into all quality documentation.
